If MLB wants even more change after instituting pace-of-play tweaks for the 2017 season, perhaps it’s time for Manfred & Co. to give the sport a more complete makeover.
Despite baseball’s greatness and, yes, it’s still pretty great there are still areas in which tweaks could bring benefits, whether to players or to fans. So while we’re still talking change, I have a few thoughts.
Here are five rule changes I would support if MLB chose to make them. Settle down, purists, it won’t be that bad.
Game Mens Kobe Bryant Jersey Burns, then a spry 111, successfully hired nine major leaguers to work at his plant to give the team an edge in order to win a bet against the owner of Shelbyville’s power plant.
Of course, most of the ringers met various obstacles that kept them off the field Griffey’s fate was particularly concerning resulting in a surprisingly dramatic game that ended with the walkoff beaning of Springfield Nuclear bench player Homer Simpson.
But the story of the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant ringers endures as a study of what might have been.
Elite Mens Rodger Saffold Jersey One of baseball’s most likeable superstars, Thome is the rare modern-day slugger who has never been connected to PEDs in any tangible way, though the mere fact that he pounded 612 homers in the Steroid Era might have raised some eyebrows. He won’t get as many votes as Jones, who was a much better all-around player. Thome hit tons of home runs, but he wasn’t a great defender and only finished finished higher than sixth in the MVP vote once (a fourth-place finish in 2003 with the Phillies).
